PAIN = TEACHER = PAIN

You have to HURT in order to LEARN.
FALL in order to GROW.
LOSE in order to GAIN.
Most of life's lessons are learned with PAIN.

Getting hurt is the easiest way to learn. If we don't get hurt, we won't learn the lesson. Getting hurt remind us not to repeat the same mistake again and over again. One should be enough. Nothing would be better. Apart from that, learning is not an easy process. Learning needs determination and hard work. That's is why we have to get hurt in order to learn.

It's not every time that we are a winner, there's a time when we'll fall down. But doesn't mean that if we fall down, we can't climb up back. Never lose hope and always have faith. Falling down make us grow. Make us realize that there are more things to be explore. When we feel that we are good enough, we tend to be arrogant and look down to others. But once we fall down, that time we'll know how small we are.

Apart from that, it's not every time we'll get what we want. There are things that we'll lose in order to gain something better. We all know that to lose things it's such a painful feeling to bear . Sometimes we might do reckless things because of lost self-control. Losing something might be a new journey to live on with. We won't know how it's going to be. Just move on and think positively.

In the nut shell, pain is like a teacher to us who always teach us to be a better person. All the hardship in life is to shape us to be firm, determine, never give up, to appreciate things, to think positive and else. Like earlier, most life's lessons are learned with pain.

Unforgettable Childhood Memory

When Thing Turns Ugly

Everyone had their own childhood memories. That’s also includes me. Those memories can be happy, hilarious, sad, embarrass and many more. So, here am I standing in front of you to tell you about my unforgettable childhood memories.

It was in the year of 2001, the event took place in Kampung Pasir Putih Putatan, the place where I lived with my family. That year, I was only a 9 years old boy. Maybe a naive kind of boy but at the same time was kind of naughty too. Yeah, I can assure you that.  It’s a common thing for a child to be naughty and all that because children are still children which cannot think quite well enough.

Okay! Enough with the chit chat and the definition of all that. Let us carry on with my unforgettable childhood memories. So here goes nothing. Well, it all started in the early morning.  I woke up from bed like always. Tidy up my bed and all that then went to the bathroom to take my shower. Yeah, it feels refreshing after shower. Every thing was like always. Nothing much was different from yesterday and yesterday and yesterday. Whoa! How much yesterday do I have to say? Well, never mind that. I was preparing myself to school that day. Of course going to school right where else could I be?

After finished my breakfast, I went to school with my cousin. We only walked to school. No bicycle and all that because the school only located half kilometer from my house. The school name was “Sekolah Kebangsaan Putatan”. There where I was schooling while in primary school. Once we arrived at school, meaning to say I and my cousin, we met our friends there and together went to the classroom. We had a great time together at school because there at school we have lots of friend and kind teachers. It not like being at home was not fun but the environment was slightly different. You know what I mean right.

It was a fine day all along or was it a great day? Umm, I think it was a fine day, great day maybe, nah! It was a fine day. Well, maybe so-so. Actually, I didn’t quite remember myself. Haha! Silly me. Everything was okay until a devil inside me persuaded me to tease my friend. Yeah, such a bad boy, bad bad boy ikhwan! Haha! It all started a period before recess. The friend of mine was a girl. I love to tease her. The way she looked at me with her angry faces look kind of cute. Hehe! That’s why teasing her was like a habit to me. I keep teasing and teasing and teasing. She with her cute angry face looked at me in furious but I just don’t really care. I’m such a bad boy, right?

Everything was fine. It’s hilarious to see her with the angry emotions on her face. I knew not for her but for me, it’s a YES!!! The teacher left the classroom earlier because there’s something she had to do. So, I became more and more unstoppable. I was enjoying the time, running and jumping in the classroom like a lunatic. But great time suddenly stops when I heard a sound. CRACKKKK !!! It was like OH MY GOD! What was that sound? I was stunned at the very moment and stand still like a log. Came to think about it, I quickly move my hands to my pants and I noticed that something was not right. I felt kind of windy between my legs and at the very moment, I knew that my pants were TORN! My cheeks were blushed and slowly walked to my chair and sat quietly. Every eye was at me focusing on me all alone. Yeah, it was embarrassing. But I noticed that they didn’t know what really happened. So I just keep quiet and acted like a very good and innocent boy.

It recess time. Everyone was out for their recess except for me. How am I going to walk with a big hole on my pants? If it was just a small hole, then it’s okay. But IT WASN’T!!! I was thinking how am I going to walked to home in this very condition? Whoa! Really stress thinking about it. I really don’t know what to do back then. I saw my notebook and TING!!! An idea came out of my mind. Well, I’ll just put my bag on and stick the notebook between my back and my bag. Just to cover the torn pants. ARHHH!!! Time was ticking really slowly and I just can’t stand to wait the bell rings. After a long wait, RINGG!!! The bell rings! I pack my stuffs and do what I’ve planned back then and just run as fast as I can. It such an embarrass moment for me. Maybe it was karma because like to tease my friend. So, moral of the story, don’t tease your friend excessively. The end.

How To Improve English Proficiency

Nowadays, English become the second language in everyday speech. People tend to speak in English whether in conversations, formal meeting, and lecturing. However, what's worrying is that they tend to mix up languages or make it shorter. For instance, teenagers tend to mix up Bahasa and English in their speech where they also make the word shorter or improperly pronounce it. An example; a conversation between Jonathan and Clarissa.

Jonathan          : Hey, how are you?
Clarissa           : I'm fine bah. You?
Jonathan          : Same-same lah kita ni.
Clarissa           : Ohh. Baguslah.
Jonathan          : Naa, together-gether pula kita ni.
Clarissa           : Umm, really? Ada-ada seja kau ni.
Jonathan          : Ada lah bah. macam bad mood kau ni?
Clarissa           : Iyaa. Teda mood bah right now.
Jonathan          : Why?
Clarissa           : Nothing. Malas mau story.
Jonathan          : Sharing is caring bah. Story lah.
Clarissa           : Don't want lah. It's something private bah.
Jonathan          : Ohh, like that.
Clarissa           : Yes.
Jonathan          : Better you go rest lah. Then you'll fell much better after that.
Clarissa           : Umm, yala. Talk to you later then.
Jonathan          : Okay. Take care.
Clarissa           : Kau juga take care.
Jonathan          : Okay bah kalau kau.
Clarissa           : Bye.
Jonathan          : Bye.

          How are we going to improve our English proficiency if we speak like that. Its not just mixing up languages but improperly pronounce the word itself. That's right, English is not our language but remember that English is use widely throughout the world. Besides, it is also as a conductor language in some universities and colleges. Meaning to say, it is important for us to improve our English proficiency. But the problem is, how are we going to do that. Well, it is not that difficult. When there is a will, there is a way. Stop giving excuses and start improving our proficiency in English. Here how it goes;
  • Practice speaking proper English from now on!
  • Stop! adding words like "BAH, LAH, MAA, ARH" at the end of speech
  • Stop! mixing up languages together while speaking
  • Start pronounce each words properly
  • Watch English drama, movies, or news more
  • Consult your English teacher regarding this matter
P/S   : Try the tips and START practicing it! Hope this tips will improve our English proficiency. Happy Trying Guys ! :D

Lesson Time!

In a school, a student ask his teacher while his teacher is teaching about love.

"Miss, how do we choose someone that is best for us to love? and how to take a good care of that love so it would last?" Asked the student to her teacher.

"Okay, you just follow what i told you so. I want you to go to a field. Field that full with flowers. You walk on that field while looking at the flowers that lies before you. Choose the MOST BEAUTIFUL one without looking back even just for once. Once you've chosen the MOST BEAUTIFUL flower, bring it to class." Said the teacher to her student.

When that student come back to his class, there's no flower in his hand.

"Why didn't you bring any flower with you?" Asked the teacher to her student.

"Just now as i walked on the field, i seek for the MOST BEAUTIFUL flower among all. I admit there're lots of beautiful flower but as you say, only choose the MOST BEAUTIFUL flower. So, I continue walking along the field while looking for the MOST BEAUTIFUL flower without looking back again. But as I reached at the end of the field, I couldn't find the MOST BEAUTIFUL flower i was looking for. Maybe it was between the flowers behind me but as you say, I can't look back again. So, there's no flower was chosen by me." Said the student explaining  himself to her teacher.

"YES! that's the answer to you question. Meaning to say, once we've found someone that we love, never seek for someone who is better than he/she is. We should really appreciate someone who is in front of us. Don't we look back again because what done is done which can not be undone. Hope that what has happened will never be happen again. Remember that the one that we love and care is the MOST BEAUTIFUL. Although there're many beautiful flower just like that one." Said his teacher explaining herself to her student.

Life is Like a Cup of COFFEE (feedback)

Such as inspirational video which opened my heart and opened my mind. As the video was playing, I was thinking what does the video tried to say. What does it means with "Life is Like a Cup of Coffee" ? As the video plays, little by little I understand the meaning behind this video. The video is about coffee and cups. Which means, the video want us to consider that the coffee as life and the cups as jobs, money, title or positions in society. All of us pursue what is best for ourselves. We always wanted the best of best for ourselves. But without realizing something, we forgot to enjoy our life. Forgot what is life all along. We forgot how the happy feeling feels like. We forgot how happy we were before. Jobs, money, title or position in society are just a tools to contain our life. It is just like an accessories to our lives. I know having good jobs, great paying salary is all we ever wanted. But having all those things is meaningless if we do not enjoy what is life all about. Life is like a coffee. We all know that coffee is bitter, so we are the one who can make the coffee taste good by adding sugar and cream. Sugar and cream in here represent the happiness, enjoyment, sweetness and appreciation in our life. Life should be simple and easy. Why do we make it hard and complicated? We are the one who adds the flavor in our life. Live simply, speak kindly, care deeply and love generously. Those are ingredients that we need in our life. Live, Laugh, Love. Appreciate your LIFE.
